‘Room for imagination’: one wide concept by RAK Ceramics
RAK Ceramics stands out at Cersaie, the international event dedicated to design surfaces, ceramics, architecture and bathroom furniture, held this autumn 2021 in Bologna.
Many novelties confirmed the great evolution of RAK Ceramics, which never fails to innovate in products and systems. This year, the company presented porcelain stoneware, ceramics, sanitary ware, furnishings and complements under the single great concept ‘Room for Imagination’. It is with this very thrust that the Group has succeeded in establishing itself as the brand of reference for Lifestyle solutions.
Within a single stand, designed by architect Alessandro Bucci, large surface applications, brics and artistic decorations could be seen on display, as well as sanitary ware, furniture, and accessories for a stylish bathroom with a total look.
The Maximus marble effect collections are the pinnacle of luxury and sophistication. A wide range of collections inspired by the elegance of marble that offer solutions for residential areas, the hospitality industry and workplaces. Marble and granite motifs are revisited in perfect “fashion style”. They show elegant and sophisticated veining, ideal for remodeling walls, floors, ceilings and furniture. They are also available in the trendy ‘open book’ effect and in a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and design solutions.
SMALL WONDERS (Marakkesh + Subway)
For what concern brics in color, with the continuous innovation in ceramic technology and research, the only limit is the imagination. All kinds of surfaces can be reproduced: natural wood effect, ceramic wallpaper, metal effect, concrete wall tiles and more. The new ceramic tile collections thus meet the latest trends, obtaining original and captivating aesthetic results: from the latest pastel shades to the most intense material effects. The range of possibilities then becomes even wider, thanks to the choice of sizes, from the small brick to the large tile.
Marakkesh is a Brics collection of full-body porcelain stoneware designed to provide infinite solutions to every design requirement. It is composed of earthy colors reminiscent of Moroccan souks with characteristic hues derived from nature: from deep greens and blues to the pinks and grays typical of spices.
Subway, on the other hand, is a small boutique of complete and always available collections that represents the highest expression of RAK Ceramics’ production capacity and quality standards. They are still full-body porcelain stoneware Brics but in shades of white, grey, beige and black created to define modern, decidedly metropolitan environments.
The elements of the two collections are available in matt or glossy versions and in different sizes: 6.5×26, 7.5×15, 10×30, 10×40 and 15×15 mm.
RAK-Valet, a sensual bathroom collection by Patrick Norguet
RAK-Valet is the new bathroom collection that combines the creative genius of French designer Patrick Norguet and the production quality of RAK Ceramics.
It tells a story of visions, designs, exclusive shapes and fast rhythms that lead to unexpected solutions. The watchword of the project is balance: in the dialogue between light and shadow, between volumes, lines, shapes and materials, each element is designed in function of who lives the space.
Norguet’s work investigates new ways of living and using the home, which becomes a place free from schemes, permeable, osmotic, at the same time traditional and innovative.
The RAK-Valet collection is made up of elements with an essential look for which every superfluous detail is excluded, leaving space for pure forms. A stylistic research visible in the thin profiles for the washbasins and in the lines of the sanitary ware that “stretch”, available both in Matt and Glossy finishes.
RAK-Valet perfectly integrates with some of the most successful collections of RAK Ceramics, such as the brand new bathroom furniture and RAK-Joy Uno mirrors. Finally, it is completed by some accessories such as legs and towel rack in metal or the functional and very elegant ceramic shelf also designed by Norguet.
