The creation, in 2002, of the PRESYSTEM® monoblock – a thermal insulation system for windows with roller shutters, blinds or sunshades – was the first of a series of milestones that have progressively qualified Alpac as a forge of ever new and up-to-date solutions.

The definition of every minimum detail related to the management of the window node and the connection between the envelope and the window frame takes place upstream of the construction process, thanks to qualified technical and design support.
Industrialised production and the Lean methodology ensure a certain definition of time and costs for each job, serving all building sites with quality and punctuality, even those that are very complex and large.

An integrated solution for smart air exchange management
It dates back to 2015, with foresight on air quality issues that would only explode later, the intuition of being able to transform the thermo-insulating monoblock into a smart, multifunctional solution.
Alpac’s INGENIUS VMC line, in fact, adds to the insulating performance of the monobloc the punctual VMC technology, accommodating double cross-flow ventilation units in the system. The solution ensures optimal air exchange in every room, filtration of external pollutants and certified heat recovery, all to the benefit of indoor comfort and energy saving.
Innovative solutions for upgrading and fire safety
Among the latest developments in insulated counterframes, two solutions deserve a mention: PRESYSTEM® Mineral Wool, the first non-combustible, fire-resistant thermal insulating monoblock, ideal for increasing the safety of buildings by limiting the spread of fire on the façade thanks to the use of materials such as rock wool and fibre cement in fire reaction class A2-s1, d0.
With the PRESYSTEM® R Series, the monoblock is designed to be installed from the outside in a simple and non-invasive manner, making it ideal for energy efficiency upgrades of the window opening in conjunction with the construction of external cladding.
