The beauty and goodness of sleep

An up-and-coming brand in the bedroom furniture sector, Conte is the evolution of a family business that for almost thirty years has been engaged in the production of high quality products intended primarily for comfort and rest: beds, mattresses and furnishing accessories for the bedroom area and a customised range of textile beds that underline the craftsmanship of a company dedicated to making sleep a dream. But that’s not all: chaise longues, armchairs, poufs, benches, desks, coffee tables and mirrors complete the bedroom furniture.

For the stylistic development of the 2022 collection, Conte has collaborated with well-known designers such as Marzia and Leonardo Dainelli and Enrico Cesana, as well as with up-and-coming young designers such as Joe Garzone, resulting in a parterre of heterogeneous solutions that are able to meet the demands and tastes of a wide range of customers.

The first new product presented by Conte at the Salone del Mobile 2022 is LEVANTE, a bed designed by Dainelli Studio, which also handled the art direction of the entire collection as well as the design of Conte’s first flagship store in Milan. LEVANTE, whose verticality defines the importance of the headboard, is intended for modern and refined furnishing types. Metal and sartorial detail bands embellish a simple and generous volume.

Another new addition to the 2022 collection is KARL, a bed designed by Joe Garzone, with a backboard in shell-coloured Nabuk leather, bed frame and cushions woven in sepia-coloured Nabuk and brown metal Eiffel feet. The bedside table MOSCOVA in dark ebony with sepia-coloured lacquered drawer and top in sepia-coloured Nabuk leather, the VERSAILLES Black coffee table with Sahara marble top and the KARL armchair in Vegas velvet.

Designed by architect Enrico Cesana, the DOMINICK bed, in fabric with a brown ash frame, is proposed in combination on one side with the NUAGE bedside table in heat-treated oak with 2 drawers and top in Calacatta Oro marble, and on the other with the pair of NUAGE MAXI bedside tables with one drawer and burnished brass handles. At the foot of the bed Conte proposes the DOMINICK bench, and to complete it a pair of VERSAILLES mirrors with a brown metal frame.

SUITE is instead the bed designed by Giovanni Pesce, upholstered in shell-coloured nubuck leather with a brown metal frame. To furnish the press in harmony, Conte proposes the Orobico Grey marble coffee tables, the pair of Suite Brown lamps, the IRON nubuck bench, the NUAGE chest of drawers in heat-treated oak with Sahara marble top and metal handles and the CIRCO mirror in brown painted metal.

The Conte furnishings, some of which are designed by the in-house studio, have as their distinctive feature customisation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to meet the specific requests and requirements of architects and designers in both the private and contract sectors.
