SchönhuberFranchi, a historic brand in the high quality furniture and outdoor sector, is able to provide 360° strategic consultancy, offering exclusive proposals and tools for tailormade and customised solutions. The collaboration with important designers and architects of the contemporary scene has led the company to propose unique collections in terms of stylistic research and functionality. All materials, finishes and processing techniques are aimed at creating innovative collections to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers and architects.
Briccola, the new upholstery project by Marcello Ziliani, is inspired by the composition of the irregular rows of wooden poles on the Grand Canal. The backrest is made of a fan of ‘briccole’ tied by bands of fabric, while the seat and cushions have rounded shapes.
The Shire chair and armchair, by Piero Lissoni, stylishly furnish large green spaces and terraces, lending elegance to ‘open air’ locations. The shapes are sinuous for maximum comfort; batyline straps add a contemporary touch.
Designed by architect Lorenzo Bellini, Java is a collection that stems from the desire to bring the traditional aesthetic canons of indoor collections outdoors. The textile component is its defining element, like precious outdoor velvet. The loungers accommodate generous cushions and large mattresses.
Lara Caffi‘s T-soft series consists of armchairs, two- and three-seater sofas and loungers. It is characterised by generous upholstery used for the seats and backrests and a laser-cut aluminium support structure.
