REbuild 2023

In preparation for the new edition of the REbuild trade fair, which will take place on 9th and 10th May 2023 at the Congress Centre in Riva del Garda (TN), a research – on behalf of the REbuild 2023 Observatory – has been launched by the Department of Project Cultures of the Iuav University of Venice on investments in the field of energy requalification of buildings.
The analysis shows that spending to carry out energy retrofitting means guaranteeing your property an increase in value of up to 40% (with the passage from a class G to a class A). Conversely, not carrying out any retrofit means a dry loss of the same percentage in terms of market value.

As in past editions, REbuild 2023 will concentrate in a two-day event of meetings, conventions and opportunities for relations, debate, discussion and listening between all the players in the various spheres of the construction industry.
The title of the 2023 edition “Integra. Rethink. Transform.” summarises the challenges facing the construction industry with the awareness that a positive outcome can only be achieved with the contribution of the entire supply chain.
16 conferences, 4 workshops and 60 internationally renowned speakers will give life to 2 days of meetings and testimonials on some key topics for the future of the built environment.

In the words of Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi: “Ten years after its birth, REbuild is back with an innovative format that aims to foster a dialogue for the construction sector that is totally disintermediated, without affiliations and, for this reason, authentic and sincere. The experience gained in past years allows us today to have the ambition of becoming, like Riva del Garda, the capital of sustainable innovation in the built environment. Our city and the territory of Trentino are the expression of a district in which the ideal conditions are created to favour the connection between people. A place on a human scale, where it is still possible to take the time to discuss important issues, surrounded by the beauty of the territory. This is why we expect many guests to arrive in May from all over Italy and abroad”.
