Nervesa 21

DEGW, Business Unit of Lombardini 22 Group has completed the integral redevelopment project of Nervesa 21, located a stone’s throw from Scalo di Porta Romana in Milan, which occupies 10,000 square metres and is divided into two communicating towers of 8 and 14 floors.
The redevelopment focused on modernising the building, encouraging its integration with the surrounding area and transforming it into a sort of metropolitan oasis, harmonious and sustainable.

The project is based on avant-garde construction choices and techniques from the point of view of sustainability and people’s wellbeing, which have allowed it to obtain the Platinum level of LEED certification with a very high score (91/100) and to aim for the Gold level of WELL certification, in addition to being ready for WiredScore certification.
The use of sustainable materials is another example of the attention paid to the environment: around 90% of the components removed during the strip-out phase were recycled, and low-carbon glass was chosen for the façade, with a significant percentage of recycled glass (around 40%).

The façade of the building features alternating glass and decorative metal installations, which contribute to the building’s momentum and modernity.
The outdoor areas cover 5,300 square metres and will be enhanced and enriched with numerous services: parking and bicycle parking spaces with electric recharging stations, picnic and relaxation areas, meeting areas, and an open exhibition area that will be able to host exhibitions and artistic initiatives.
To complete the project, two exclusive rooftops and the installation of four panoramic lifts outside the building, with panoramic views over the city.

Nervesa 21 is also located in a strategic position: in the area where it stands, in fact, a process of urban transformation is underway (also in view of the 2026 Olympics), which enriches the value of the project itself.
