Sanlorenzo – the world’s leading luxury yachting company – confirms its bond with art by launching a collaboration with Michelangelo Pistoletto and the Michelangelo Pistoletto Foundation.
In fact, the work Terzo Paradiso (Third Paradise) will be reinterpreted to coincide with the Venice Art Biennale and will be previewed along with the launch of Sanlorenzo Arts Venice, a cultural and artistic pole that will be inaugurated in 2025 in the lagoon city.
Sanlorenzo Arts Venice stems from the company’s desire to create a place that underlines the deep connection between Sanlorenzo and the world of art, research and creativity.
“Third paradise quick response” is the monumental installation that will be presented at the Venice Biennale, created in Sanlorenzo’s shipyards, composed of three ringed circles representing the union of opposites and the synthesis of a dynamic balance between conflicting elements.
The building that will host it is designed to host art, design and architecture exhibitions, offering a place where creativity is combined with innovation in the yachting world.
“We have always believed,” stressed Massimo Perotti, Sanlorenzo’s CEO, ” that there is an intrinsic link between the world of art and the nautical world, and this project represents our commitment to combining creativity and craftsmanship in our yachts, transforming the sea into a canvas on which to paint extraordinary experiences.
