Let’s fly to the Moon

A new, playful claim celebrates the iconic Moon chair designed by Serena Papait for Quadrifoglio Group, namely New comfort perspectives: let’s fly to the Moon.
An unconventional chair, characterised by a sinuous silhouette, which conveys an extraordinary sensation of lightness. A perception that is not only visual, but actually physical.
The chair, in fact, impresses with its performance in terms of postural well-being, as it was conceived following the principles of Scandinavian functional and ergonomic design. All relief points are placed on the knees, relieving stress on the spine and encouraging a natural back posture and proactive attitude.

Moon consists of a polypropylene monocoque with a seat and knee pad fitted with neoprene inserts, an elastic, non-deformable material that provides comfortable, soft support.
A sculptural furnishing element with character, Moon can be customised in terms of colour: the shell can be White, Beige, Shadow Grey or Olive Green and the upholstery of the pads can be chosen from six shades of fabric, to create tone-on-tone or contrasting combinations.
Its versatility and playful character allow it to adapt to different contexts, both professional and private, from the workplace to the home office.

Identical and refined in its lines, it won the international Red Dot Award: Best of the Best 2023 in the Product Design category, a recognition that confirms its revolutionary, out-of-the-box essence.
