Ledro by Victoria + Albert

Ledro is the new QUARRYCAST™ bathtub that Victoria + Albert will present at the Salone del Mobile 2024. With this new product, the company intends to address one of the hot topics of contemporary bathroom design, namely the importance of sustainability, especially in terms of water consumption.
Ledro’s concept project was created precisely to combine the reduction of water consumption with design and a luxurious user experience.

Few brands are currently addressing this issue in a thoughtful way: many companies simply create shallow tubs or very compact designs to circumvent water capacity issues. Ledro, on the other hand, has been designed with the user experience and bathroom ergonomics at its heart. The result is a BREEAM** Unified Water Label compliant freestanding bathtub with a maximum capacity of 180 litres at 360 mm. The elegant, sculptural design follows the lines of the body, leaving ample space for the shoulders to ensure a comfortable bathing experience. The space has also been modified at the foot end, leaving room for the knees to relax. Ledro is therefore an interesting proposition for both hotel operators and residential projects.
