Interni Milanesi

PLATFORM architecture and design and Gruppo Censeo – a prestigious building renovation and maintenance company – presented the “Interni Milanesi” editorial project during a dedicated event held on 26 May in the wonderful setting of the ADI Design Museum in Milan in the presence of Simona Finessi, Director Platform Architecture and Design; Giacomo Paddeu and Francesco Moretti, Founders Gruppo Censeo and Luciano Galimberti, President ADI.
To celebrate its first 10 years of activity, the company promoted the famous tradition of the Milanese school of interior architecture, involving 25 authors of the highest standing.
Through the selection of these residential interior design projects realised in Milan, the aim was to focus attention on the elegance of the spaces, the extreme attention to detail and the ever-open dialogue between architecture, design and art, which make ‘Milanese-ness’ a unique style recognised all over the world.

The 25 works have been realised by talented designers, who have succeeded in translating the client’s wishes into refined projects, in a constant harmony between the historicity of the environments and the Milanese tradition, and the needs of contemporary living.
In each of the published works one can observe how skill and competence, characteristics of Italian craftsmanship and construction, are placed at the service of design, playing a decisive role in the realisation of refined and timeless environments.

Gruppo Censeo, founded in 2011 in the province of Brescia by Francesco Moretti and Giacomo Paddeu, is a young, dynamic and innovative company, but strongly rooted in the values of traditional Brescia and Bergamo craftsmanship: quality, precision in details and highly specialised personnel.
This philosophy has led the company to successfully establish itself in the world of general contractors, being entrusted with prestigious orders. Operating at the highest level in respect of the high design quality of the architects it collaborates with, in recent years it has undertaken initiatives aimed at the cultural enhancement of the sector in which it operates. Through events such as ‘Censeo per l’Arte’ conceived by Francesca Brambilla, or as in the specific case of ‘Interni Milanesi’.
