HAORI is the air-conditioning unit from Toshiba that combines outstanding aesthetics, first-class efficiency, high quietness and high air quality for air-conditioning systems in residential and charming facilities.
With its unique, slightly rounded shape, this innovative air-conditioning unit features a fabric cover that is not only available in a range of standard and optional colours, but also offers endless possibilities for customisation. In this way, the air-conditioning unit becomes a real furnishing element, no longer something to be hidden but to be highlighted. The range of fabrics, born from an agreement with Rubelli, allows the customer to choose and customise the product with a range of 43 high quality fabrics. At last, with HAORI the joy of furnishing with colour will really be possible with palettes ranging from the plain colours of the elegant Liverpool satin, to which the exclusive Perception print is added, to the jacquard with the iridescent effect of Fiftyshades, the graphics of Beat to the geometric patterns of Thales.
Toshiba’s patented concept makes HAORI easy to dress up in the most suitable outfit: simply unroll the fabric in the desired pattern and attach it to the curved front panel where a simple Velcro will adhere the product perfectly to create a new ambience. The product has thus become a furnishing element for homes but also for charming accommodation facilities. These projects are possible thanks to Toshiba Multisplit systems that allow HAORI to be installed in 5 rooms, or more, with a single external unit, in R32 gas, with low environmental impact. The cover fabrics created by the historic Venetian company Rubelli and selected for HAORI are washable and free of substances harmful to human health and do not release substances harmful to the environment (GreenGuard Gold certified) in line with the ”green” soul of this air conditioner.
HAORI guarantees triple A class efficiency for both heating and cooling. By using the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant, the energy performance class offered by HAORI guarantees the best efficiency for this type of product, even under partial load conditions and in line with the most stringent European directives. Furthermore, installation time is drastically reduced: the indoor unit can be quickly mounted on any wall thanks to an optimised installation system. The indoor units are compatible with both monosplit and multisplit outdoor units.
HAORI is designed for very quiet operation, which makes it suitable for all types of environments, whether home, work or leisure. The ‘Quiet’ function reduces the noise of the indoor unit to just 19 dB(A), a breath at the limits of audibility, ensuring a good night’s rest. Furthermore, the outdoor unit is among the quietest on the market with 44 dB(A) nominal. Again, the noise level can be further lowered to just 37 dB(A) via a special function that can be activated from the APP or remote control, especially useful during the night where ambient noise is low.
HAORI is perfectly suited for the retail and hospitality sector, because in addition to being one of the quietest on the market, it has two filtering devices. ULTRA PURE technology is able to inhibit the activity of viruses and bacteria and prevent the formation of mould and fungus using silver ions and enzymes. This has a deodorising effect, refreshes the air and neutralises up to 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, contributing to optimal comfort. The second device is the PLASMA IONISATION FILTER, which absorbs and neutralises particles smaller than 0.001 μm, such as fine dust, pollen, mould spores and viruses, and generates O-zones thus capturing contaminated particles. The MAGIC-COIL® technology with the self-cleaning coil and the aluminium heat exchanger with the special ‘Aqua Resin’ coating, which flushes out impurities as condensation water drains away, complete the best performance.
HAORI comes with an elegant remote control for intuitive operation of all air conditioner functions such as power selection, ‘ECO’ mode to reduce energy costs, and ‘Hi-power’ mode for fast cooling or heating. Built-in Wi-Fi, pre-configured at the factory, also enables HAORI control via the “Toshiba Home AC Control” APP, which includes weekly scheduling. New features also include energy monitoring and full voice control through compatibility with Google’s Home Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa voice recognition systems.
