From April 1 to 30 2025, the historic center of Lodi will transform into an open-air museum thanks to the widespread exhibition “Design in Lodi: Stories in Motion” curated by Yara Cutolo. The streets and window displays of the city’s showrooms will feature some of the most iconic creations of Italian design, offering an immersive and captivating experience to all art and design enthusiasts.
The initiative will involve numerous local showrooms, showcasing famous design objects known for their ability to blend aesthetics with functionality. Lodi thus becomes the stage for an exciting journey, where visitors will explore products that represent contemporary design and reflect on their impact on everyday life. The exhibition aims to engage not only professionals in the field but also the general public, encouraging reflection on design culture and its role in today’s society.
With its charming historic center, Lodi is the perfect setting to host an event that seeks to bring design into dialogue with urban space. Each participating showroom becomes a stop on a cultural route, offering visitors a unique opportunity to discover design in different contexts and experience the city in a new light.
The event is organized with the patronage and support of Confcommercio Lodi, in collaboration with the Municipality of Lodi and the Order of Architects of the Province of Lodi.
