3P Technologies has collaborated in the design of the CIC, the Customer Innovation Centre of Tetra Pak in Modena, taking care of the entire preliminary and executive design of the multimedia systems, interfacing with the General Contractor with respect to the plant layout and with the Tetra Pak team for the technological and functional choices. Thanks to immersive spaces and collaboration solutions, the CIC represents a hub where visitors can experience the Tetra Pak world, touching prototypes under development or viewing commercially available fillers tested in production.
Two 75’ high brightness monitors have been designed at the entrance, perfect for offering content managed in digital signage mode through its CMS. The technological heart consists of two webex boards, all-in-one collaboration devices with background sound system, to be used for wireless presentations, video conferencing and sharing creations and products being designed and produced.
The presence of three ledwall walls covered with opaque plexiglass panels ensures the giving of a high emotional content to the experience. A new area dedicated to the physical and virtual display of Tetra Pak’s products and history has been created: thanks to a multitouch table equipped with RFID recognition it is possible to place objects and display their characteristics on a 105’ 21:9 monitor. This room is equipped with a videoconferencing system through which what is happening in the room and the content of the CMS can also be shared with remote speakers.
The presence of a camera with autotracking and a ceiling microphone system make the entire room suitable for videoconferencing, relieving the speaker of the burden of audio and video recording. Within the new Customer Innovation Centre in Modena, a larger room was essential which can be managed as two separate rooms or transformed into an auditorium. In both configurations, presentations can be managed locally and remotely via wireless systems.
