In the new headquarters of Clinica FQ, designed by architect Emanuele Svetti, the star colour is white, with the aim of symbolising purity, elegance, imperturbability.
So, we always start with a white space, and from this white space the collaboration of Studio Svetti Architecture with Studio Quinti, an established dentaire boutique in Monte San Savino, a village near Arezzo, begins and is renewed.
Studio Svetti Architecture took care of the concept and interior design, generated from the ‘rationality of nothing’ as the form of all that is necessary for man.
The rooms follow one another in a rigorous order, marked by the repetition of flush wood frames alternating or contrasting with glass and aluminium frames: inside the clinics, the furnishings burst into the purity of white space, with blue details enhancing the surfaces, to the point of becoming denotative elements of the FQ brand.
The project, which finds its fulcrum in the ground floor area, extends over two floors, connected by a helicoidal staircase that deeply marks the optical axis of the space like a sculpture. On the upper floor there are spaces reserved only for staff, including: the management office, a meeting room, a recreation area complete with kitchen and the technical compartments: the beating heart of the studio, the container of the technology necessary for the functioning of every single area of the clinic, from the operative areas to those dedicated to training and reception.
Purity, minimalism and order are the basis of the project, which makes geometries and architectural colours a tool to fully exploit the light coming in from outside, making the glass surfaces work like a crystal set in a concrete volume.
