Brasilia and Caterina are the two new models of partition elements by mg12 designed by Monica Geronimi that enrich the Screen blocks series by mg12 that includes, in addition to these, 4 other models: Leone, Vintage, Frammento and Ronchamp.
Brasilia explores the combination of complex lines and pure forms, emblems of the 1960s architecture of the city of the same name. The module creates a continuous movement with the intersection of curved lines. At the same time, its voids allow the concept of limits to be overcome, allowing the gaze, like light, to pass freely from one space to another.
Caterina, on the other hand, is a celebration of classical inspiration and contemporary ingenuity. The designer was inspired by Brazilian architecture of the 1950s, which she translates into a Milanese key and style. Its flowing lines and elegant arches perfectly blend traditional charm with modern sophistication, making it an ideal complement to any environment. Caterina elegantly separates spaces, making pure geometry not just an aesthetic element, but an architectural component that can be placed in the most diverse spaces.
Designed to elevate and define, Brasilia and Caterina are more than mere partition elements, they are furnishing objects, which, as such, can be coordinated with spaces. It is, in fact, possible to paint them on site, allowing you to create unique walls, playing with light and shadow for a truly customised space. mg12’s Screen Blocks are composed of modular eco-friendly ceramic plaster elements measuring 20x30x7 cm. They are available for both indoor and outdoor use, offering endless design possibilities.
