The Milan-based design studio AA Architetti Associati realised the project for Casa KO, which consists of the renovation of a flat belonging to a late 19th century building.
The studio acted mainly on the consequent definition of new spaces, which needed a different configuration.
The search for elegance was achieved by calibrating the use of boiserie, combined with the renovation of the already existing high-quality parquet with bindel and a newly created dark-coloured floor covering.
The warm tones create a contemplative mix, with occasional peaks of colour through, for example, the upholstery, where every detail is meticulously cared for.
The works of art are carefully chosen, as is every piece of furniture, and the skilful use of lighting seems to enrich every single feature.
In this residence, every nook and cranny is a masterpiece of design, an unparalleled urban retreat.
