Ainem (Associazione Italiana Neuromarketing) is excited to announce the first edition of the Master Executive “Innovation in Hospitality”, starting in 2024 from 27 February to 18 April with a total duration of 64 hours.
The Master Executive, the only one of its kind in Europe, aims at training the key figure of the Innovation Hospitality Manager, a professional capable of understanding market dynamics in advance and endowed with advanced skills ranging from neuromarketing to artificial intelligence, from big data to digital and social strategy, from customer experience to sustainability.
The Master is characterised by its ‘mixed’ formula, with in-person and online lessons, guaranteeing learning flexibility.
The Faculty, composed of high-level lecturers and experts, offers a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach.
One of the educational innovations proposed in this master’s programme is the possibility to experience neuromarketing live in presence, thanks to the Laboratory lessons held by the experts of Neurowebdesign.
The Master’s course is aimed at entrepreneurs, hospitality managers, tourism consultancy and communication professionals, as well as young recent graduates wishing to enter the world of tourism hospitality with innovative skills.
“We aim to develop a new and strategic figure in the world of hospitality,’ says Caterina Garofalo, President of Ainem, ‘to face the current and future challenges in the hotel sector in continuous transformation: the Innovation Hospitality Manager. Ainem’s Master Executive offers a wide and complete range of skills, from neuromarketing to AI, from big data to the digital ecosystem, from customer experience to sustainability“.
The programme was conceived by a Committee of Professors and Experts, under the guidance of Ainem’s Scientific Director, Francesco Gallucci, who says: “An in-depth analysis of the dynamics of hospitality guided the design of this Executive Master. Focusing on certain areas that we consider strategic for the growth of hospitality businesses such as the effective management of digital communication, commitment to sustainability, and the continuous improvement of the cognitive-emotional customer experience, the Master’s participants will be able to integrate their knowledge of digital, with social media communication and AI, as well as the theoretical perspectives and resources provided by neuromarketing“.
AINEM is pleased to involve some important partners in this training course, landmarks in the tourism, design and hospitality sector such as: Studio Marco Piva and CISET – Centro Internazionale di Studi sull’Economia Turistica.
