Galletti‘s experience in fan coil development and design meets the vision of the Advanced Design Unit of the University of Bologna and gives birth to a new hydronic terminal concept, ART-U. Galletti’s ART-U Canvas is the first designer fan coil, fully customizable in color and with any kind of graphics, geometry or image, and blends excellent performance with unique style for a perfect combination of performance and design.
Thanks to its depth, which in some places reaches only 10 cm, and strong in its unique lines, it is an absolutely transversal product that fits perfectly both rigorous and essential environments and warmer and more sophisticated spaces. Galletti has been able to embrace the synthesis of an all-Italian vocation that it has applied to the world of air conditioning, through a product with unprecedented customization potential.
In addition to the various Metallic Skin versions (with solid colors and front panel in brushed or matte aluminum), with the ART-U Canvas version, Galletti reaches a new frontier in indoor climate control, thanks to the possibility of complete customization of the front panel, which becomes like a painter’s canvas ready to be characterized by the interior architect. Any solid color, image and high-resolution photograph can be reproduced on ART-U Canvas. You can also choose to partially (“Graphic Skin“) or fully (“Total Graphic Skin“) customize the front panel of the fan coil).
The achievement of very high aesthetic standards has not weakened the usual constructive virtuosity of Galletti products: in fact, innovation research has also focused on components and the use of new materials such as the elegant aluminum front panel.
With ART-U the state of the art has also been redefined in terms of technical performance, thanks to the use of computational fluid dynamics simulations for the optimization of heat exchange inside the terminal combined with the use of permanent magnet electric motors. Effective environmental comfort is also effectively and intuitively ensured by EVO microprocessor-controlled control panels (available in fan coil-integrated or wall-mounted format). Climate control becomes multifunctional and accessible from a single device, thanks to the Galletti App and GARDA supervision software.
ART-U has won the juries of the most prestigious international industrial product design awards such as the Archiproducts Design Award, RedDot Award, Good Design Award, BigSEE Product Design Award and Architecture Masterprize.
